Do you have an opening for an exchange person in your studio, whether an artist or a print technician? Are you an artist or a print technician looking for an opportunity to work in another studio, either in your own country or abroad?  This is the place to connect up.

  2. Hello Fellow Printers!

ARTspace is proud to announce it will be hosting an International print exhibition and exchange from August 10 to September 17, 2011. An open call has been put out to artists, print studios and forums across the globe asking printmakers to create an image no larger than 3 ½ inches by 5 inches in an edition of ten. One of their prints will be on display and for sale at the standard price of $75CDN + HST while the rest of the prints will be distributed among other participants, ensuring each artist will receive a suite of different prints.

Please go to our website at http://www.artspacechathamkent.com where you will find the ARTspace Original Print Exchange (AOPE) package, which includes a poster, submission guidelines, and submission form. It would be greatly appreciated if you would pass this information on to other printers and forums that you have contact with!

We hope that you will consider participating and making our event a success!

    Happy Printing!

    • Hi ARTspace, you might also consider announcing this on Print Universe, our real-time networking site for printmakers. It’s free and has more than 700 members who enjoy a lot of useful interactive services.

      Good luck!
